Mark and I are starting to learn how to play the church organ. My favourite piece is Widors Toccata from Symphony No 5. Link or maybe Tuba Tune by C S Lang. My first solo on the organ was on Christmas Eve 2005 to a fully packed church with only a little standing room left. I played Silent Night. 3 verses. The first was very good but in the middle of the last one I kicked the toe piston and Simon had to come and rescue me by pull out the correct stops. Listen to me practise Latest Piece The Walker organ is in the process of being tuned |

I have played on several church organs. Two of them at St Mary's, the Walker which is a pipe organ that is being restored and the electronic Makin one. I managed to play on the organ at Our Lady Queen of all Creation when Micheal got married. We are very lucky to have our own three manual at home to play on and two other Yamaha organs to make other sounds. Dad has an HS8 and a HS4, which is connected to the computer. |
